Laser Printed Bill Example:
The dates in the upper right hand corner allow you to notify your customers of the cut-off date if this bill is not paid which can help reduce or eliminate the need to mail out delinquent notices.
Very large comment area allows the City to to notify customers of upcoming events or water testing thus eliminating the need for separate mailings.
Bar code for 12 month’s water usage.
Postal bar coding of the outgoing address as well as the return address reduces postage costs.
A return envelope is provided to your customers to reduce walk-in traffic.

View or Reprint a Bill
Customers can also access a copy of the billing statement after they are printed and mailed. This new service will provide a useful tool for your customer service department as well serve as a basis for an archival solution. Now you will have the ability to view or reprint a bill from a current cycle or from a previous time frame. This allows you to quickly and accurately help your customers that have questions or concerns about their bill.
Arista will provide the PDF images to our customers two different ways: 1) as a zipped file sent electronically by cycle or 2) as a CD mailed at the end of the month that includes images of each bill printed during the month by cycle. Each file will be indexed so that you can query the file to look up individual customers. The only required software that will need to be installed to view the PDF files will be Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0, which can be down loaded at no charge.
