Support:
Software support is provided at no charge for the first 90 days. Annual software support is 20% of the purchase price of the package and is billed monthly. ETA also provides electronic customer support to expedite assistance to any customer site. Unlimited telephone support and all system updates are included in the maintenance fee.

Training:
All software licenses include installation and on-site training.
