Vehicle Maintenance System

To assist governments with vehicle fleet maintenance, ETA offers a software solution that allows administrators to track exact vehicle costs. In addition to recording fuel and maintenance costs as well as line item expenditures associated with maintenance, the system will assist you in determining when it is most cost effective to replace a particular vehicle. All costs associated with operating a vehicle will be tracked by the system.

Total On-line System

Tracks Vehicle Costs by Department:
        Calculates total repair costs
        Calculates total fuel costs
        Calculates gas mileage
        Gives you the option of selecting one, or all vehicles
        Ability to check by date ranges

Allows the entry of up to 99 department fleets

Allows the entry of up to 99,999,999 vehicles in each fleet

Tracks Total Cost of Repairs:
        Total number of vehicle parts
        Total number of vehicle tires and alignment
        Total sublet repairs
        Total labor costs

Tracks Fuel/Oil Expenses:
        Total amount of motor oil used
        Total amount grease used
        Total amount antifreeze used
        Total amount of transmission fluid used
        Total amount of windshield wiper fluid used
        Total amount of brake fluid used
