Voter Registration System

The ETA Voter Registration System can help you to efficiently handle the preparation and management of voters and the voting process. If necessary, the system is also designed to assist in the redistricting of voters as outlined in the current census count.



The system allows the entry street addresses and automatically assigns a voter to a voting place (District, Beat, Box, etc…). You can also designate that voters on one side of a street vote in one place and voters on the other side of the same street vote in another. Voter place designation is computed by house number ranges and by odd and/or even house numbers. The system also offers:

• Alpha Search by Voter Name
• Automatic Updating of District, Beat, and Box During Entry of a New or Existing Voter
• Stores the Following Information in the Voter File:

    • Social Security Number, Race Code, Street Name
    • Sex Code, Street Suffix, Date Registered
    • District, Voter Name, Date of Birth, Beat, House Number, Other Code
